Andrea Franzese brings a strong background in commercial account management and relationship-driven strategy to his work at National Business Capital. Prior to joining NBC, he managed Verizon Fios commercial accounts, where he developed a deep understanding of how businesses operate, scale, and support their own clients. What sets Andrea apart is his reliability and commitment to outcomes. He thrives in NBC’s collaborative culture and is especially motivated by helping partners add tangible value to their clients. His consistent performance and team-first mindset have earned him extensive recognition at NBC, including multiple Largest Funding Awards, Culture MVP, Mr. Reliable, Rising Star, and President’s Club honors. He has also been named Top Advisor across numerous months spanning 2023 through 2025—reflecting both sustained excellence and trust from clients and partners alike. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys traveling—especially cruising—with the Bahamas standing out as a favorite destination. A lifelong soccer fan, he proudly supports Manchester City. He also enjoys watching a great movie, with favorites including The Walking Dead, The Social Network, and Goodfellas. Andrea is guided by the belief that resilience defines success, a mindset reflected in his favorite quote from Rocky: “It ain't about how hard you hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.” What sets Andrea apart is his ability to listen first and advise second. He takes time to understand how each business operates before helping align funding with real-world goals.
